comfortable beds reasonable price
The iced tea at check-in was a friendly gesture. The beds were comfortable and the modern rooms were clean. I appreciated the parking being very close to the hotel at a reasonable price. The overall atmosphere was cute and sympathetic.
The room lacked storage for clothes.

convenient city stay
great location helpful staff convenient proximity breakfast options
the location is a short walk from the train station and shops it made getting around easy. the staff at the front desk were very helpful offering information about a nearby cheap parking lot. i found the hotel's proximity to attractions like the cathedral and george square very convenient. the breakfast buffet had many options too
there was no beer on tap which was a little disappointing. i also had to pay a deposit for the room upon arrival. i did not receive this back immediately

convenient spot downtown
bright lights convenient location complimentary cocktail clean room
i found the hotel very clean. the rooms have bright lights, which i liked a lot. the location is convenient near the city centre. i also got a complimentary cocktail upon my arrival (a nice welcome touch).
i didn't like the £30 deposit that i had to pay on arrival. i found that it wasn't credited back to my account promptly.

the hotel benefits from its proximity to the city center and key transport links. the main train station is easily accessible, as are numerous amenities. i found these aspects particularly helpful .

the room was well-equipped and of a great size for my needs. it was super clean and cozy. the bed was very comfy. i also liked the lighting options within the room (this added to the ambience).
